Pest Control in Fountain Hills

Fountain Hills is a charming place to live. The beautiful sights, plentiful job opportunities, and proximity to Phoenix make it an ideal place for new families from across the country. However, the pleasant weather all year long makes the area attractive to various pests such as ants, bees, rodents, spiders, scorpions, and wasps.

Many commercial and residential property owners are well-aware of the issue and know that regular pest control checkups are required to combat infestations. If left untreated, the damage can be extensive. Property damage types often include wooden structure and electrical damage, foundation and wall damage, and lawn issues.

Some pests such as rodents and cockroaches can also transmit bacteria, viruses, and illnesses if they contaminate the food or surfaces around the kitchen. Both people and pets are equally at risk of diseases caused by eating contaminated food, making pest infestations a danger to everyone’s health.

But if treated, infestations don’t have to be a nuisance. Fountain Hills owners realize the importance of recognizing the early signs of pest infestation and regular pest control checkups. The best way to combat the intruders is by scheduling bi-yearly inspections and seal-proofing the property.

Fountain Hills, Arizona

Fountain Hills is a vibrant town in Maricopa County, Arizona, best known for a fountain that used to be the tallest in the world. The fountain has marked the town’s history, including its name. The structure can spew water up to 560 feet, and it’s one of the most noteworthy sights in the town.

Before the town developed, it was home to the Yavapai, a Native American tribe. Plenty of petroglyphs remains near the Dixie Mine, northwest of Fountain Hills. The town was originally part of the Pemberton Ranch, also known as the P-Bar Ranch. Today’s Fountain Hills High School sits on the site of one of the Ranch’s buildings and bears a plaque commemorating this.

Today, the town hosts various events at the well-known Fountain Park, including the spring and fall festivals of fine arts and crafts and the Thunderbird Artists’ fine art festival.
